Norwegian artist Bjarne Melgaard and creative director Babak Radboy are taking over the VFILES store, located at 12 Mercer St, on March 17th at 7pm, filling the entire store with thousands of sweat suits, t shirts, tote bags, and stuffed animals—all priced to move. Located in a building that was originally a 13th-century Dominican convent, the Musée Unterlinden in Colmar, France is one of the most-visited museums in the country and has a collection of religious art that outnumbers that of the Louvre. Herzog & de Meuron, the Switzerland-based architecture firm, worked on the expansion of the institution, which opened earlier this year.
